12 corn tortillas
1 cup shredded chicken
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup taco seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a bowl, mix the chicken, cheese, taco spice, and olive oil.
Spread 2 teaspoons of the filling down the middle of each tortilla.
Roll up the tortillas firmly and fasten with toothpicks.
Place the taquitos in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fried for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
