Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 25 minutes

1 pound ground pork

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

1/4 cup sliced carrots

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Place a heaping spoonful of filling in the middle of each egg roll wrapper.

Brush the edges of the wrappers with the beaten egg.

Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F.

Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Air fried for 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
