1 block extra-firm tofu, pressed and drained

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup cornstarch

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon vegetable oil


Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.

In a small basin, mix together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. ‚óŹ Cut the tofu into 1-inch pieces.

Dip the tofu cubes in the vegetable oil, then coat them in the flour mixture.

Place the tofu nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
