Oysters Rockefeller is a popular New Orleans meal composed of oysters, spinach, bacon, and cheese. It is normally baked, but this recipe utilizes an air fryer to make a crispy, delicious meal that is ready in just minutes.

Ingredients:

12 shucked oysters, drained

1/2 cup chopped spinach

1/4 cup crumbled bacon

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a small bowl, mix the spinach, bacon, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. 

Place one oyster atop each of 12 air fryer-safe ramekins.

Top each oyster with the spinach mixture.

Air fried for 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Serve immediately.
